This lady embodies the ‘Teresa energy,‘  the essence that has come to Earth again and again and again to teach us the lessons of service, of Love, the power of prayer.

Taking care of the sick, the elderly, and the dis-empowered, most notably and recently, the ‘Teresa energy’ on planet was Mother Theresa.

Here, Teresa Smith, CEO of Dreams for Change, whether she consciously knows it or not, is on purpose working with the Ascension energies, lifting our most disenfranchised up out of extreme lack . . . 

Below, she speaks about a program she created in San Diego, Safe Parking for our homeless, many of them seniors.

As rents continue to skyrocket across America, more people are being pushed into homelessness—and for many, their car is the last stop before the street.

Families, seniors, and working people are increasingly living in vehicles simply because housing has become unaffordable.

In this episode, Teresa Smith explains how Safe Parking programs provide people living in their cars with a safe place to sleep, access to services, and a pathway back to housing.

She discusses the growing crisis of vehicle homelessness, why traditional systems are failing, and how simple community solutions like Safe Parking can help prevent homelessness before people end up on the street.

Here is Frank, in his teaching of the blessing and virtue of charity, helping us understand higher dimensional community:

In my perspective, and how I choose to guide you and suggest ideas to you this day, is when you are focused on unity, when you are focused on the building of community in every sense of the word, and community is very intimate, when you really pay attention to that then what you are doing is pushing out and away and in fact, destroying, eliminating that false grid of greed, of lack, of limitation, of hatred, of discrimination, because you are not living it.

You are creating something that is entirely different . . .

This is a time of building community, but not outside the realm, but within the realm. There is an expression that you have that it takes a village to raise a child. That is exactly the kind of thing that I am speaking of.

In the 60’s there were many communes that were set up to be co-operative entities so that people could live in like-heartedness. Now I am not suggesting that you go out and join a commune either, although what you are going to find is that that idea of communal living is going to resurface in new and interesting ways, particularly in the Cities of Light.

But if you focus only on destruction, if you focus only on the illness, and not on the restoration of what you wish to bring in, then you are missing half of the equation.

Now there are always the naysayers, even in my time, that say, ‘Frank, you are being exceptionally naïve’ to which I would say ‘Well thank you’. People see this as an insult, do they not?

But you know what is underlying that is they are saying, ‘Well you don’t understand how things really work. You are an innocent’ to which I say, ‘Thank you. I choose to be an innocent because in the innocence the awe and the wonder of knowing what is possible. I choose to create what is joyful and generous and supportive rather than simply accepting a paradigm that has very obviously demonstrated itself as not working.’

It is hundreds and hundreds of years later and still people are in the illusion that somehow these societies based on greed and the collection of riches works. That is absurd.
